these bikes are cool as shit but no one can justify 4 grand to go 32 mph then have the frame snap over the smallest jump... make a bike that does 40 with front suspension and a bigger battery, 72 volt 5000 watt and price it at 3 grand-ish perfect bike

Hello, I have a super 73 bike and I have to replace some electrical parts, where can I get them?

Over 10k will probably only have around 100mile range with probably only a 90mph top speed and will not be released for another 2-3 years where itll be to late

your saying that in class three mode, I should be able to get up to around 28 miles per hour right, if so, I use class three all of the time, and either using the pedal assist or using the thumb throttle, I have never even come close to even 25 miles per hour, so to put it plainly, I have never come close to that 28 miles per hour the video was talking about, just to be sure, you are talking about those classes I see on my display right, alwanted to ask if I may whenever I fully charge my batter and put it back on the bike, and check the range, I see that it almost always say around the 37 Mile mark, but it say that on ECO pedal assist mode, I should be getting at LEAST 50 miles, well so far like I said, my display says, Range about 37-38 miles, is that what it should be on a FULL charge? If you just make it so you can "change" the class mode at will then its not a true class 1 or 2 bike. Its an illegal for street use bike. Because of shitty companies like yours the general public hates ebikes and states like mine, nj, are on the verge passing ebike bans or draconian laws that require plates and insurance for all ebikes.

Never got a response to a question that I posted at least a year ago, but going to give this ONE more shot if I may, it shows in the video that the battery on the Super 73 Z1 model is the ONLY battery that can be charged ON the bike is that correct, Cause I have the S2 I do belive and just need to know if the battery on that model for it to be charged, can it be ON the bike, or do I always have to remove it from the bike....

So glad to see super73 staff having so much fun while my bike remains a paperweight because the customer support staff doesn't respond to emails. Been emailing tech support since April 11th and still no closer to getting my bike fixed. I'd walk away from this company tbh.

Can't recommend these products. They don't last very long and customer support is a joke. I havnt heard from them in 6 days. First reached out to them april 11th and it's may 21st today...still having the same issue as before. There are other ebikes that are more affordable and built better

Honestly, I wouldn't buy any of their products ever again. I bought a super 73 R-Adventure and it quit working before 1 year. Contacted super 73 customer support and still having the same issue. Havnt heard from them in 6 days now. There are more affordable and better companies to buy better bikes from.

If you want this to be a successful bike, i feel like you will have time make it a price comparable to a honda grom, honda navi, or even a kawisaki k125…3 to four grand and maybe some change is where your margins are going to be most profitable. not many people would be willing to spend that

The problem I have is support won't return emails and when you call to check on your ticket they just say keep waiting, is 2 weeks too long????

I've got a super73 RX and I love it... But every day I pray that no part brakes as super 73 won't send you any replacement parts and their customer service is extremely poor.
